Blog for Tickets

Got a blog? Want a free pair of tickets to tomorrow night's show with Bruce Hornsby & The Noisemakers plus special guests Tea Leaf Green?

All you have to do is write something in your blog about tomorrow night's show and link to our blog. Then, post a comment to this blog entry letting us know that you've blogged about the show.

At 2pm tomorrow (Thursday, August 24) we'll pick out our favorite blog entry and award that person two tickets to tomorrow night's show. And these won't be just any seats. They'll be in the Center Front Orchestra section.

So, blog away and don't forget to include a link to Wolf Trap Live and then post a comment here for us.

[UPDATE: 8/24] Thanks to all of you who have been checking out the contest. A quick reminder...in order to be eligible for the contest, you need to blog about the show, include a link in your blog entry to our blog here, and then post a comment here letting us know you've done that. Sorry, but just posting a comment here saying you want the tickets does not qualify you.

[UPDATE #2: 8/24] The winner has been announced. Check out this new post for all the details.

  • Wow - I would love to win these tickets! Hornsby is a hoot - a genuine Virginia Gentleman! And from William&Mary country too! I can't wait to hear "the way it is" and see him break out that electronic accordion! I cannot believe he has the cahones to do that in public! wink!!

I mean, it IS on our best summer ever to-do list.

Nonetheless, we're really looking forward to jammin' tonight at Wolf Trap. The show is sure to be a spectacular one.

  • Very creative way to win tickets -absolutely love the idea!

After weeks behind a desk and keyboard, I could use a night under the stars listening to piano music.

    Thanks Wolf Trap!
